WHERE/WHEN (Please note the TWO DIFFERENT LOCATIONS!): Aug. 4th - Southern Community Center, LUSBY Aug. 11th - Mt. Hope Community Center, SUNDERLAND AGES: 8-18 WHAT TO PREPARE: Please have 16-24 bars (30 sec. - 1 min) of a SONDHEIM piece prepared...NOT from Sweeney Todd!!! You may not sing acapella, please have a karaoke/instrumental track that we can pull up for you on YouTube, or a link that can be shared quickly with us during your time slot We prefer that you bring a headshot/resume. However, we will be taking your picture upon arrival, as well. You will be asked to fill out an audition form when you arrive, so please allow for enough time to do so BEFORE your allotted time slot!! CALLBACKS: Callbacks will take place at the College of Southern MD (Prince Frederick campus, Building B) on Monday, August 12th from 5:30 - 8:00 If you are not asked for a callback, you MAY STILL BE IN CONSIDERATION FOR CASTING! REHEARSALS (Starting Wednesday, August 14): Sundays 1:00 - 5:00 at the Calvert School of Dance (Huntingtown location) Wednesdays 5:15 - 8:15 at the College of Southern MD (Prince Frederick campus, Building B) MANDATORY PARENT MEETING will be held during our first rehearsal on Wednesday, Aug. 14th. ** IF YOU ARE CAST, please know that there is a $100 participation/instruction fee that must be collected in order for you to be part of this production!!!** Any questions/concerns can be emailed to our Producer, Stacey Ober at: [email protected] |
