Coming August 2024: Sweeney Todd Auditions

WHERE/WHEN (Please note the TWO different locations)

• August 4, 2024 - Southern Community Center, LUSBY
• August 11, 2024 - Mt. Hope Community Center, SUNDERLAND

• 8-18

WHAT TO KNOW

• Please have 16-24 bars (30 seconds-1 minute) of a SONDHEIM piece prepared...NOT from Sweeney Todd
• You may not sing acapella; please have a karaoke/instrumental track that we can pull up for you on YouTube or a link that can be shared quickly with us during your time slot
• We prefer that you bring a headshot/resume. However, we will be taking your picture upon arrival as well.
• You will be asked to fill out an audition form when you arrive, so please allow for enough time to do so BEFORE your allotted time slot.

CALLBACKS

• Callbacks will take place at the College of Southern Maryland Prince Frederick campus, Building B, on Monday, August 12, 2024 from 5:30-8:00 pm.
• If you are not asked for a callback, you MAY still be in consideration for casting!

REHEARSALS

• Wednesday, August 14-November 23, 2024
• Sundays 1:00-5:00 pm at Calvert School of Dance, Huntingtown
• Wednesdays 1:00-5:00 at the College of Southern Maryland Prince Frederick campus, Building B
• A MANDATORY PARENT MEETING will be held during our first rehearsal on Wednesday, August 14, 2024
• If you are cast, please know that there is a $100 production fee that must be collected in order for you to be part of this production

November 15, 16, 22, and 23, 2024 in Prince Frederick
